How I did it

When I started my journey in September of 2012 I was in the last year of highschool and therefore I was being prepared for the college applications, what meant that I'd stay in school from 7am to 7pm. Since I had no time to exercise at all, I decided that I would make major changes in my horrible eating habits, cutting sugary and fried foods as well as simple carbs. Almost 9 months later here I am, 17 kg/39 lbs lighter and way happier! (: Nevertheless, since I lost all this weight only by changing my diet, my body didn't end up the way I wanted to and I realized that I really lacked muscle...that's why in May, 2013 I got my gym membership and now my journey to fitness begins!
